About 5-6 days ago we did a convert on users who had used an intel cancer only installer. Now keep reading before you get mad. This installer was setup to install for cancer only Phase 1. This installer is 2 years old. What the installer did was make the default device profile run task id 2 (cancer phase 1.) That task no longer exists. Using this installer will cause the user to get no task after installing unless the user changes things or we modify the profile for the user. Changing the device profile does not remove the old task from your profile so we take care of that.

I'm sorry for any problems this might have caused. Please remember that any cancer only installers are way out of date and new installers should be downloaded to avoid any issues in the future. Not only is this installer no longer cancer only for the right cancer task, but it will cause issues for any user who comes in and installs. The user will appear to be unable to get any work from the system.
