MS-ACCESSで速攻で作って確認しただけです。スミマセン。 Sum(IIf(a1.d_Results<a2.d_Results,1,0))+1 AS rank の部分をMySQL用に書き換えてください。 本を見て書いただけなので式(Rankの部分)についての質問はご勘弁を。(よく理解していない) 普通のSQLではCASEとかを使うらしいでつ。 どう見ても処理速度が落ちるという諸刃の剣(MySQLなのにもったいない･ﾟ･(ﾉД`)･ﾟ･｡) 素人(おいら)にはお勧めできない(爆)
LigandFitのﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝはNT_0.1.5 (2814)になり、UD agent のﾊﾞｰｼﾞｮﾝは3.0(2814)のまま 更新については自動処理 1M程度のﾃﾞｰﾀをみんながﾀﾞｳｿするんで、'unable to connect... backing off'.の表示は出るかもしらんね(´ー｀)y-~~ 新たにﾀﾞｳｿするものにはLigandFitｱﾌﾟﾘｹｰｼｮﾝ、ﾌﾟﾛﾃｲﾝﾃﾞｰﾀﾌｧｲﾙ、WUﾌｧｲﾙが入ってます UD Monitorﾕｰｻﾞｰは'send result before auto cache switch'を外してくれぃ
すいません、今日先ほどインストールを済ませた者です。 プログラムを動かすと何かをダウンロードしたあと、 すぐに「Unable to connect to the UD server. Backing-off...」 （接続不可？）と表示されて、一向に先に進みません。 なぜなのでしょう…。2chは見れるのに…。

The protein targets are not different. Currently the only Protein target is PTP (1BZH).
With LigandFit we have the ability to tell the graphics to show a different area of the protein target. This is why it looks like 2 differnt targets. In the next version of the graphics we hope to have the discription of the protein in the upper lefthand box to help explain what target you are looking at. ----------

As before this information only exists on the screen (and in the result file) and will not be shown in your stats.
The current LigandFit setup records a maximum of 8 hits for every Ligand processed. If more than 8 hits are found, the best 8 are recorded and returned in the result. -----
This new protein has 30 ligands per workunit. Expected run time is about the same as current work. Please remember while we are shooting for an average of 20 hours on machines such as a PIII 1Ghz this does not always happen due to some differences in the work that needs to be performed.
Time outs are set to 11 days for CPU Time and 19 days for Wall clock timeout. --------------- WU 毎に 30 Ligand 、提出期限は今までと同様です。
